From the Vibrant Tree by gemheaven From the Vibrant Tree by gemheaven
Turquoise and leaves, I don't know why the the combination is just beautiful. Maybe its the blue of the rich summer sky, behind dancing lush leaves. Just makes me want to run outside and lie in the grass (except today isn't quite that great!) so I will ~ imagine me next time the sky is a rich turquoise blue lying under a big tree ~ better still lie down yourself and watch the leaves dance.

Handcut embossed ( a technique to imprint the pattern onto the silver) sterling silver, cut into a leaf shape and added to a turqouise set cabochon. I've made these earrings so there is a gentle movement from sterling silver earwires.

Oxidised and handpolished

I love the look of these earrings. The turquoise compliments them wonderfully, and the design is beautifully timeless. Well done!

They are gorgeous. And I love that the leaves are mirrored. It always drives me nuts when earrings use what looks like exactly the same asymmetrical piece on both sides.
